Early Harvest – Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Kleio” variety “Koutsourelia – Patrini”

This freshly squeezed olive juice, fragrant and delicious is derived from the healthiest green and unripe olive fruits, of the local verity “Koutsourelia” or “Patrini” that are harvested early each year.

The variety “Patrini” or “Koutsourelia” is cultivated mainly in the prefecture of Achaia in Peloponnese where the soils are very fertile and the climate humid, with frequent rainfalls even during the summer months.

The olive fruit has a conical cylindrical shape; it belongs to the small size olive varieties, a little bigger than the olive fruit of the Koroneiki variety.
